Research Focus

  •     Strategic human resource management
  •     Influence of media coverage on employee attitudes (e.g., identification) and behavior
  •     Learning from mistakes
  •     Open innovation (e.g., crowdsourcing, innovation networks)
  •     Work 4.0 (e.g., new forms of teamwork, temporary leadership)

My research aims to contribute to a better understanding of the microfoundations of strategically relevant organizational phenomena. In particular, I examine how organizational factors (e.g., HR systems, reputation, team structures) or specific events (e.g., mistakes) influence the perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors of employees.
